Arcadia National Park

I am sure these pictures do no justice to/for  Arcadia National Park in Maine. It was just a beautiful drive. Might have to do that again. Highest point on the East Coast.

Maine Forest and Logging Museum

The Maine Forest and Logging Museum at Leonard's Mills in Bradley preserving, restoring, and sharing Maine's lumbering heritage through events showcasing life at a mill settlement. There is a water powered sawmill, blacksmith shop, log cabin, shingle mill, and many more lumbering related treasures on site. There are also several self-guided hiking and nature trails. They do remind you that bears and other wild creatures share those woods, so keep your eyes open.

Portland Head Lighthouse

Had a nice day in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Followed up with a nice late lunch of Lobster Rolls, Salad with Lobster, Lobster bisque, Salmon Tacos, and Fried Shrimp. Not to mention the sides of French Fries, Cole Slaw, Sweet Potato Fries. Might be a light dinner tonight.

Saco Maine!

Our first morning in Saco Maine.  We arrived yesterday afternoon just in time to catch a glimpse of the eclipse. Had a wonderful dinner with the Lloyd's and Cogill's. Played a little corn hole before the mosquitoes drove us inside. Also had a nice bonfire to enjoy. Now, where are those Lobsters!

Niagara Falls Canada

While the falls are nicer(for pictures) on the Canadian side, it is very commercialized there. They have a great public transportation system that takes you to all of the tourist places. Had a great time there.

Niagara Falls NY

It is wonderful to see on TV, but nothing like seeing it in Person! This river is powerful and majestic.  Everyone should have this on their bucket list. The photo on top( of Janet and I) we are above the Maid of the Mist and that is Rainbow Bridge behind us that leads to Canada. Should go there tomorrow and visit Kenny and Donna also Dan and Dottie.
